Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform smooth winding without disconnection during bundling to a rectifier while changing a tension of a magnet wire by freely controlling the tension of the magnet wire when performing the winding with a needle of a winding machine.SOLUTION: A motor winding method and device comprise a vertical roller movement mechanism (29) including a vertically movable roller (14) in contact with a magnet wire (2) between a tension control part (25) and a motor winding machine (1). During winding around a motor core (23), the vertically movable roller (14) is moved downwards to give a first tension (D) to the magnet wire (2). During bundling to a rectifier (22), the vertically movable roller (14) is moved upwards to bring the magnet wire (2) into a sagged state (E).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
