PURPOSE: To prevent floating of coil wire at the time of winding by bonding wires of coil, wound between pole pieces at an inner ring pole section, with ultraviolet radiation curing resin.
CONSTITUTION: A coil 17 is entangled about and connected with a predetermined pin body 12 in a spool pole 11, wound around a rotary shaft 13 between slots and then the end-of-winding is wrapped around another pin body 12 thus forming a main coil 18. In similar manner, the coil 17 is wound between the slots so that it is disposed above the main coil 18, and then it is wrapped to form an auxiliary coil 19. Putty 32 mixed with ultraviolet radiation curing resin is then dripped at a position shown on the drawing, the coil 17 is heated to fuse the fusible layer of a self-fusible magnet wire thus bonding the coils 17 and thermal curing the putty 32. Since the coil wires are bonded through ultraviolet radiation curing resin and bonded instantaneously through irradiation with ultraviolet ray, floating of wire can be eliminated.
