PURPOSE: To elevate the output of a motor by arranging a sensor, a peripheral circuit, and a one-chip inverter at the bottom of a case, and using the case as the heat radiating means of the one-chip inverter.
CONSTITUTION: A one-chip three-phase inverter 15 is fixed by sticking the heat sink part at the rear fast to the inner bottom of an F case 29. Moreover, a printed wiring board 45 is attached to the support 43 projecting from the inner bottom of the F case 29. Three pieces of hall element sensors 7 and a peripheral circuit 46 are loaded on this printed wiring board 45, and the pin of the one-chip three-phase inverter 15 is connected to the terminal of the circuit conductor pattern on this printed wiring board 45, and a lead wire is connected to other terminal. And excluding the detection port of the hole element sensor 7, each part stored in the F case 29 is molded with mold resin 7. Hereby, the heat radiation of the one-chip three-phase inverter is performed with the case, so heat radiation effect can be gotten enough, and the output capacity of a motor can be elevated.
