PURPOSE: To obtain a motor which can be driven at a low rotating speed and has a high driving rate without providing any speed reducer between the motor and wheels by dividing the power supply line to the excitation coil of an inner stator into a plurality of lines and connecting the divided power supply lines to the excitation coil of the inner stator through the slots of an outer stator.
CONSTITUTION: The U-phase power supply line of a motor is divided into eight U-phase power supply lines 2cu and the lines 2cu are passed through the slots in which electric currents flow in the same direction as that of the current flowing through the winding in the winding starting section of slot No. 1. That is, the lines 2cu are passed through slots Nos. 1, 12, 13, 24, 25, 36, 37, and 48. Similarly, eight divided W-phase power supply lines 2cw are passed through the slots in which electric currents flow in the same direction as that of the current flowing through the winding in slot No. 5. Moreover, eight divided V-phase power supply lines 2cv are passed through the slots in which electric currents flow in the same direction as that of the current flowing through the winding in slot No. 9. The passed lines 2cu, 2cv, and 2cw are respectively bundled and connected to their corresponding windings of the excitation coil of an inner stator.
