A movement 104 and a dial 107 are arranged in a case part 101. On the outer circumferential side of the movement 104, an annular magnetic member 108 is arranged and in an annular recessed groove 108a of the magnetic member 108, a looped antenna 111 is arranged. An insulating member 109 is arranged on the outer circumferential side of the magnetic member 108. The magnetic member 108 is made of a soft magnetic body having higher magnetic permeability than the case part 101. Consequently, even when the case part 101 is formed of a conductive raw material such as metal, decreases in communication sensitivity and communication distance can be suppressed.
