Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a mounting device of a pressure intensifying cylinder unit for rolling stock braking device capable of reducing the handling time for attaching/detaching a pressure intensifying cylinder unit to/from bogie.
SOLUTION: On a mounting plate 31 fixed to a bogie 21, a first air passage 41 and a first oil passage 43 are provided and a receptacle for electric wiring 45 is mounted. A connection plate 32 attached/detached to/from a lower surface of the plate 31 is fixed to a pressure intensifying cylinder unit 22. On this plate 31, a second air passage 51 which is communicated with the air passage 41 and a second air passage 52 which is communicated with the oil passage 43 are provided and a plug for electric wiring 54 to be inserted and connected into/with the receptacle 45 is mounted. On the plate 31, a plurality of positioning pins 47 are projectingly provided. On the plate 32, a plurality of positioning holes 56 individually fitting each pin 47 are provided. When the unit is attached/ detached, separation and connection by a manual work of each route of air, oil and electric conduit are unnecessitated and each route is automatically positioned when the unit is mounted.
