Abstract:
To provide a device for mounting an elastic ring on a tire or dismounting the elastic ring from the tire capable of operating and performing work for the tire while remaining at a single position.
This tool 1 for mounting the elastic ring in the tire or dismounting the elastic ring from the tire has a jack 2 for separating two opposing shoes 4, 5 for deforming the elastic ring from each other or bringing them close for each other and command means 12, 13 for the jack 2, and the jack 2 is integrally combined with a handle 10 for letting the tool 1 itself perform movement alternately.
