Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately set the spacing of two opposing coils in non-contact resonant connection in an excavating rod of a multi-spindle excavating machine which is of such a structure that a signal conductor is connected on the non- contact system.
SOLUTION: This coil mounting jig for a non-contact resonant connection coil is composed of an outer cylinder consisting of a main cylinder 31 and aux. cylinder which are capable of being coupled with each other and a movable shaft 50 which accommodates a cable 20 for transmitting the output of an excavator rod inclination sensor of a ground excavating machine and holds fast a case 60 for accommodating the coils. A ridge 36 is provided on the bore of the main cylinder 31, and at its other end a spring accommodating space is provided, and the movable shaft 50 is coupled with the inside of the outer cylinder in such a way as displaceable through a spring 33, and a resonance coil C fixed to the end of the movable shaft 50 is arranged in such a way as capable of being intruded.
