Abstract:
PURPOSE: To make it possible to easily and speedily construct a balustraded coping.
CONSTITUTION: An angle 7 having an L-shaped section is provided to the top of a parapet 5 in the longitudinal direction of the parapet, and a coping opening circular holes 8 at specific intervals corresponding with intervals of a plurality of balustrade supports 3 are mounted on the parapet 5. A base post 9 is inserted in each of the balustrade supports 3 of a balustrade unit 4, and the base post 9 is temporarily fixed in a state to project it from the balus-tradepost. After that, the balustrade unit 4 is provided to the upper part of the coping, and the base post 9 projected from each of the supports 3 of the balustrade unit 4 is welded to the angle exposed from each of the circular holes 8 to mount. Temporary fixing between each of supports 3 and the base post 9 is released, and each of the supports 3 of the balustrade unit member 4 is inserted so as to cover the base post 9. Each of the supports 3 and the base post 9 are mounted with screws 10.
