Abstract:
PURPOSE:To simplify to mount a gutter and a hand rail after loaded on a block building berth by assembling the gutter and the hand rail in a body on land. CONSTITUTION:A gutter 3 and a hand rail portion (hand rial 4, fall-in preventing round bar 5, hand rail strut 6) are assembled in a body as a unit on land and both ends of the hand rail 4 are bent in 90 deg. to joint to the gutter 3 for avoiding to tie-in with piller 2 directly.
