Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce cost by eliminating a threading work and a leaf spring.
SOLUTION: A plurality of leg pieces 13 are provided at an outer peripheral portion of a circular receiving plate 1 having a first penetrating hole penetrating through a thumb turn shaft 41 and a second penetrating hole for penetrating an attaching screw, and a lug 14 facing outwardly is formed with a leg piece 13 in one united body. Next, it is contacted to the receiving plate 1, and an inserting hole 22 for penetrating the thumb turn shaft 41 and a screw hole 23 for inserting an attaching screw 5 are made in a fixing plate 2 for fitting and fixing to the leg piece 13 of the receiving plate 1. Moreover, a ring-shaped groove 31 for linking to a lug 14 of the leg piece 13 of the receiving plate in a freely detachable manner is provided at the inner periphery of a seat main body 3 supporting the thumb turn shaft 31, and a notch for attaching a tool is made at the inner end side in the shaft line direction of the seat main body 3.
