To provide a mounting structure of a blind operating code to a lower plate, the blind operating code is not affected by a magnetic material of a surrounding area and an operating code thereof for operating shields of a blind is detachable.

A bottom rail 18 is provided to a bottom end of a slat 16 which droops ascendably and descendably from a head box 12 and one end of a lifting code 24 is connected to the bottom rail 18. The other end of the lifting code 24 is guided through an inside of the head box 12 and comes out as an operating code, and a code stopper 28 is provided thereto. A magnet 36 is provided to the bottom rail 18 and a magnetic material 32 is provided to the code stopper 28 so that the code stopper 28 is detachably mounted to the bottom rail 18 by sticking the magnetic material 32 of the code stopper 28 onto the magnet 36 of the bottom rail 18.
