To simplify the mounting structure of a clip on a storage box to improve workability in mounting the clip.
A first face 62 of a stepped part 60a having a crank-shaped section is perpendicular to the bottom face 9 of the storage box 2. A gap as thick as at least the thickness of the clip 1 is formed on the first face 62 when storage boxes 2 are stacked to engage the stepped part 60a of the storage box 2 with another storage box 2. Engaging parts 70, which positions fitting parts 30 of the clip 1 for attachment to the storage box 2 in relative to the engaging parts 70 to engage the fitting parts 30 therewith, are so formed on the first face 62 of the stepped part 60a having the given gap that the engaging parts 70 have a limited size that allows them to be housed in the given gap. As the fitting parts 30 of the clip 1 are engaged with the engaging parts 70 formed on the first face 62, the clip 1 is fitted on a side face of the box shape of the storage box 2 in such an arrangement that the clip 1 is capable of clipping a tabular display member, such as signboard.
