Abstract:
PURPOSE:To enable execution of reliable mounting, by a method wherein a closing plug with which the bored hole of a car floor is covered is formed with a flange to cover the peripheral edge of the bored hole, an emboss body, suspended to a position below the flange, and mounting leg parts suspended with a distance between the emboss body and the mounting leg. CONSTITUTION:A closing plug 10 is formed with a flange 11 to cover the peripheral surface part of the panel bored hole of a car floor 17 therewith, an emboss body 13, having an outer size smaller than that of the flange 11 and suspended from the under surface of the flange 11 and protruded from the under surface of the panel bored hole, and mounting legs parts 12, extended by a given size from the outer size part of the flange 11 and suspended downward with a slight distance between the mounting leg and the outer surface of the emboss body 13. The closing plug 10 is covered through the medium of a soluble resin body 14 located between the surface of the peripheral edge of the panel bored hole and the flange 11, and in this case, the panel bored hole is covered such that the mounting leg parts 12 are positioned in a direction extending at right angles with the advancing direction of a car.
