Abstract:
PURPOSE: To press and fix an injector by a managing proper press force without pressing by an axial force stronger than a pressure in a cylinder and torque uselessly stronger than the delivery pipe side.
CONSTITUTION: The mounting structure of a cylinder injection type injector comprises a screw member 25 consisting of a joint part 25a joined in a screwed-in state with a screw part 33a formed on the delivery pipe 30 side fixed to an engine body; and a lock part 25b engaged with an engaging part 21 formed on the injector 20 side. By joining in a screwed-in manner the screw member 25 with a screw part 33a on the delivery pipe 30 side for rotation, the injector 20 is pressed against the support 12 side through the engaging part 21.
