Abstract:
To provide mounting structure of a making-cylinder unit in a vertical making-bag filling packing machine in which mounting cannot be done if the making-cylinder unit of a proper combination is not set, so as to promote human error prevention of mounting.SOLUTION: A key groove 19 which is a first index portion corresponding to an item is formed in a making-cylinder unit which includes a former and a filling cylinder and is assembled on a base plate 12. A fixing member 20 connected to an output shaft of a servomotor 30 of the side of a body frame has a key 22 which is a second index portion. The key 22 and the key groove 19 can only be fitted mutually only in a case where the making-cylinder unit is a proper unit for a packing machine, the making-cylinder unit is mounted to the body frame as making the fixing member 20 intervene in only this fitting state, and error mounting can be avoided. An angle position of the key 22 can be changed by rotation of the servomotor 30 according to the kind of the making-cylinder unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
