Title:
MOUNTING STRUCTURE OF CYLINDRICAL HOLE DRILL
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2653640
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PURPOSE: To facilitate the setting work of a cylindrical hole drill to a tool setting part in a simple structure with no screw.
CONSTITUTION: A cylindrical fitting part 47 being externally fitted in a drive collar 10 is installed in a cylindrical hole drill 12. A slip-off preventing notch 50 consisting of both axial and circumferential parts is formed in this cylindrical fitting part 47. An engaged member 30 shifting in the axial direction in an interval between an engaged position and a retreating position and plural pieces of projections 42 are installed in the drive collar 10, and with a penetration of these projections 42 into the circumferential directional part from the axial directional part, any slip-off of the cylindrical fitting part 47 is regulated and at this time, the engaged member 30 is entered into the axial part, whereby a relative rotation between the cylindrical hole drill 12 and the drive collar 10 is regulated.
