A mounting direction of the center base 20 against the door trim body 11 and a mounting direction of the door grip 30 against the center base 20 are unified by attaching a grip core material 32 of the door grip 30 to a vehicle outside of a grip mounting base 22 of the center base 20 and tightening/fixing a screw 40 from an outdoor side to enhance workability. An opening 24 or a groove part 26 as a modification form of the opening is provided on the grip mounting base 22 of the center base 20. Thereby, the mounting workability of the door grip 30 is enhanced, and flexural deformation of the grip mounting base 22 is induced in side collision to enhance the impact absorption performance.
