Title:
MOUNTING STRUCTURE OF DRIVING GEAR TOOTH OF GYRATORY CRUSHER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2631610
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To replace a driving gear tooth in a short time and to prevent the damage of a nut and a screwed part of a main shaft.
CONSTITUTION: A torch ring 8 which is formed of steel relatively easy to melt is inserted between a driving gear tooth 1 and a nut 14. The torch ring 8 has a slope 9 which is abutted on an inclined end plate 5 of the upper edge of the driving gear tooth 1 and a projected part 10 which is engaged with an engaging recessed part 7 formed in the inner peripheral part of the upper edge of the driving gear tooth 1 in the lower part. And the torch ring 8 also has engaging grooves 11 engaged with the lower end of pins 16 put in pin holes 15 made in the nut in the upper part. Therefore, the driving gear tooth 1 can be replaced by melting the torch ring. And the nut and the torch ring are connected by the pins put in the pin holes and the withdrawal of the pins permits the separation of the two. Further the torch ring and the nut are relatively movable in the diameter direction.
