Title:
MOUNTING STRUCTURE OF ELECTRICAL PARTS FOR PORTABLE POWER TOOL
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3672774
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify and miniaturize the shape of, reduce the cost of and prolong the life of a die for the motor housing of a portable power tool, and facilitate the assembly of the electrical parts of the portable power tool.
SOLUTION: The motor housing 5 has in the rear a plate like mount part 29 extending toward the rear end of the power tool. The mount part 29 has a dovetail groove 31 for fitting connection at least in one side. Such electrical parts employed in the power tool as a switch block 37 and a controller 39 have a flat bottom 37a and a flat top 39a for unification. The bottom 37a and the top 39a of the electric parts have fitting claws 41 and 43 adapted to fit into the dovetail grooves 31 in the amount part 29. With the fitting claws 41 and 43 fitted in the dovetail grooves 31, the electrical parts are slid from the rear to the front along the mount part 29 until installed in place thereon.
