Title:
MOUNTING STRUCTURE FOR FLOOR PANEL
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH08246590
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To suppress vibration and to improve execution ability by overlapping a reinforcing member on both end parts of a bottom board part and installing a floor panel, in which a floor board is applied on the surface of a bent metallic plate, to a supporting member by means of a bolt.

CONSTITUTION: A floor board 11 is stuck on the front face side of a bent metallic plate 12, which is formed by bending a metallic plate such as a thin steel plate parallelly upward and downward and is provided with a top board part 12a formed on the front face side and a bottom board part 12b formed on the back face side, and a floor panel 1 is produced. A reinforcing member 13, which is provided with a board thickness thicker than that of the bent metallic plate 12 and a bolt hole bored in the center, is overlapped on both end parts of the bottom board part 12b in the floor panel 1, and then, the floor panel 1 is mounted on a supporting member 4 by means of a bolt 2 and a nut 3. Vibration preventing effect is increased as the width of the bottom board part 12b is brought closer to the length of the reinforcing member 13. A sound insulating material may be filled in the floor panel 1.
