To provide mounting structure and method for mounting a wall panel on skeleton side concrete in a building easily, securely, and highly precisely with high resistance to shearing force without exposing the hardware for mounting the wall panel to any side of a front side and a back side of the wall panel.
In this mounting structure of a lower part of the wall panel on the building, a bar member 4 is inserted into a long hole part 2 provided from a header of the wall panel 1 toward the in-plane direction of the wall panel 1, and an end part on the side where the bar member 4 is not inserted into the wall panel 1 is fixed on a slab concrete floor 3 through a pedestal member 6 having a plurality of long holes whose directions of long axes have the relation of mutually torsional positions.
