A guide mounting is turnably supported around a guide pin at the tip of the mounting body 14. A guide shell 25 of a perforating device S is supported on the guide mounting. The perforating device S is turned around the mounting pin 15 vertically directed, thereby turning the face whose distance is short from the pit toward an obstacle and bringing the perforating device near the obstacle latter.
