Abstract:

PURPOSE: To reduce a cost as the antislip strength and sealing ability of a resin boot are sufficiently ensured.

CONSTITUTION: A boot fixing part 12 has an annular protrusion part 17 integrally formed on an outer periphery and an annular inner peripheral protrusion part 19 engaged with an annular engaging groove 18 formed in the outer periphery of the outer wheel 14 of a constant velocity universal coupling is integrally formed on an inner periphery in a state to be positioned facing the protrusion part 17. Mounting of the boot fixing part 12 is such that after the boot fixing part 12 is fitted in the outer periphery of the outer wheel 14, a boot ban 16 is fitted in the outer periphery of the boot fixing part 12 and the boot fixing part 12 is securely fastened by means of the boot band 16.
