Abstract:
To provide a mounting structure for a soft member, regarding a detachable soft member unit, which does not damage the outer surface of a soft member when it is mounted or detached, and which can more firmly attach the soft member while making it more difficult for the soft member to come off than the conventional one.SOLUTION: The mounting structure for a soft member is configured such that a soft member unit 6 is detachably mounted to the upper end of a main body 1 such as a barrel or cap of a writing instrument. The soft member unit 6 includes a soft member 3 and a cover 5. The upper end of the main body 1 is provided with a rod-shaped portion 2 protruding upward. The soft member 3 has a mounting hole 4 opening downward at a lower end thereof. The tubular cover 5 is fixed to the outer surface of the soft member 3. The soft member 3 has a tubular protrusion 31 that protrudes from an opening 51 of the cover 5. The outer surface of the rod-shaped portion 2 and the inner surface of the mounting hole 4 are detachably fitted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
