Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the support strength and rigidity of a steering member.
SOLUTION: A bracket 12 is joined with a front pillar inner panel 10, and the bracket 12 comprises a first bracket 14 joined with a surface 10a crossing the longitudinal direction of the car body of the front pillar inner panel 10 approximately at right angles; and a second bracket 16 joined with a surface 10b crossing the lateral direction of a car of the front pillar inner panel 10 approximately at right angles. The mounting bracket 24 integrally attached to a steering member 22 is attached to the parts, extending in the internal direction of a car, of surfaces 14a. and 14a, crossing the longitudinal direction of the car body of the first bracket 14 approximately at right angles, by means of bolts 26 and 26.
