To provide a mounting tool by which a utensil such as a sink and a wash stand are easily mounted or removed even at a narrow space.

A mounting tool for a utensil having an edge part 2 to be mounted on the upper surface of a base 8 is constituted of a first anchor means 16 for being mounted on a cord member 30 and the utensil and a second anchor means 20 for engaging to the base 8. The cord member 30 is arranged so as to attract the first anchor means 16 and the second anchor means 20 with each other. Because the base 8 is held by the part of the second anchor means 20 attracted and the edge part 2 of the utensil, a mounting work is easy event at narrow space. The removing work can be also performed without destroying a hanger.
