Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the quality and production efficiency of a molded product by stably applying a coating agent to the predetermined position of the molded product immediately after extruded from an extrusion mouthpiece in uniform thickness.
SOLUTION: A spacer plate 31 is interposed between an extrusion mouthpiece 32 and a coating mouthpiece 33 and the lower wall of the slit 52 of the spacer plate 31 is formed so as to provide difference α in level with respect to the wall surface of the extrusion hole of the extrusion mouthpiece 32. The upper wall of the slit 52 is formed so as to be flush with the extrusion port 37 of the extrusion mouthpiece 32 to be set to the molded product guide reference surface 55a coming into contact with a molded product (w). A tapered cut surface 55b permitting the expansion of the extruded molded product (w) is formed to the end part on the side of the extrusion mouthpiece 32 of the molded product guide reference surface 55a. The molded product (w) expands for a moment at the part of the spacer plate 31 to become stable in its shape before it is coated with a coating agent by the coating mouthpiece 33.
