PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movable load testing vehicle for detecting an exciting load on a track or a ground and quantitative seizure of the influences of vibration on the track or the ground by forming an actual train in a simulative structure.
SOLUTION: A loading frame 96 is elevatably supported on a vehicle body frame 91 via a linear guide 97 so that it can be elevated with a motor 98 and constrained at a test position by a lock cylinder 112. A truck frame 118 is fixed to the loading frame 96, a bearing 120 is supported on the truck frame 118 via a shaft spring 119 and a loading wheel 122 is mounted on the bearing 120 via a wheel shaft 121. A wheel load vibrating device 123 is mounted on the truck frame 118 for granting the loading wheel 122 a load in the vertical direction and a lateral pressure vibrating device 124 is mounted thereon for granting the loading wheel 122 a load in the direction of a rotating shaft.
