To provide a guide device for a partition door by which wear and exfoliation of a resin sheet covering a guide rail body are prevented, and the durability and design are improved.

The guide device 6 provided under a door body 2 includes a guide rail body 14 fixed onto a floor surface 3 and a guided body 16 provided on a lower end of the door body 2 and slidably guided by the guide rail body 14. The guide rail body 14 is formed of a shaped flat metal including an installed plate part 18 placed on the floor surface 3, a guide channel 15 formed on the installed plate part 18, and side plate parts 19 laterally extending from upper edge parts to both sides of the guide channel 15. The resin sheet 31 covers from an upper face of the guide rail body 14 to lower faces of the side plate parts 19 on both sides. To cut away a resin sheet 31a in a guide channel section including the parts 32 near upper edge parts on both sides of the guide channel 15, channel parts 34 for moving a blade body 33 along the longitudinal direction are formed between the parts 32 near the upper edge parts on both sides and the side plate parts 19, respectively.
