To provide a movable partitioning apparatus capable of moving and rotating partition walls smoothly and stably.

A plurality of partition walls 5 etc. are installed in a freely movable manner astride guide rails 3 and 4 installed to a ceiling surface 1 and a floor surface 2. Each partition wall 5 has a first projection 7 linked to the guide rail 3 at a side of the ceiling surface 1 at an upper end part of its wall body 6 and made movable and also has a plurality of casters 9 etc. and a second projection 8 made movable and linked to the guide rail 4 at the side of the floor surface 2 at an under end part of the wall body 6. The wall body 6 is made rotatable with the first projection 7 and the second projection 8 as the centers of the rotation; the casters 9 etc. are made movable on a guide rails 4 at their rotating positions along the guide rails 3 and 4 of the wall body 6; and the casters 9 etc. are made movable on the floor surface 2 at their rotating positions deviated from the guide rails 3 and 4 of the wall body 6.
