Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: a movable plate structure with reduced maximum stress induced on torsion springs; and an optical scanning device having the same.SOLUTION: A movable plate structure 1 includes a frame body 6, a movable plate 2, and a pair of torsion spring units 4. The pair of torsion spring units 4 is positioned along an axis AX1 to couple both ends of the movable plate 2 in a direction of the axis AX1 to the frame body 6. The pair of torsion spring units 4 is designed to swing the movable plate 2 by being twisted about the axis AX1. Each of the pair of torsion spring units 4 has a plurality of slits 401-404 which are formed and arrayed in a direction of an axis AX2 to divide the torsion spring unit 4 into a plurality of divided springs 41-45. The plurality of divided springs 41-45 are formed such that the further the divided springs are from the axis AX1, the smaller the respective widths W1-W5 are.
