PURPOSE: To allow a process efficiency improving effect to be provided by quick moving of a resin extrusion block to the vicinity of a veneer connecting part and strength and quality improving effect of the connecting part provided by precise moving of the block to an interstice formed on the connecting part to be compatible.
CONSTITUTION: The movable sizing apparatus for a veneer connecting machine comprises a reciprocating mechanism 8 of a long stroke length such as an air cylinder for quickly movably mounting a resin extrusion block 6 at a relatively long stroke length from its side to the vicinity of a veneer connecting part, and a reciprocating mechanism 10 of a short stroke length such as an air cylinder interlocked in series with the mechanism 8 of the long stroke length for accurately moving the short stroke length to the interstice formed at the connecting part after oscillating in the case of temporarily stopping the block 6 moved to the vicinity of the connecting part and quickly moving it is eliminated.
