This movable stripper for a press blanking device is mounted with a vibration absorbing material 30 slightly projecting at the period exclusive of the point around the bottom dead center of the press from the surface of a thickness washer fitted at the surface flush with the stripper plate mounting surface of a stripper frame. This vibration absorbing material begins to come into contact with a die plate surface from just before the bottom dead center of the press, is gradually compressed and the thickness washer surface comes into contact with the die plate surface or approaches the same at the bottom dead center.
