Abstract:
To provide a movable-vane thin-film evaporator by which the abrasion powder of the material of the sliding part of a vane is prevented from being mixed in a processing soln. to contaminate it.
This evaporator is composed of a groove 11 by which the abrasion powder generated from a sliding part is collected and not leaked outside (on the processing-soln. side) and a guide 12 into which the abrasion powder is easily introduced. Since the abrasion powder, if generated, is collected in the groove and not leaked outside, a pure treated material which is not contaminated is obtained.
