PURPOSE: To prevent noise generated from a boosting coil or the like from being recorded on a video tape during movie pickup by effectively blocking the production of the noise from the boosting coil or the like when a capacitor is charged.

CONSTITUTION: Every time a strobo lighting section 20 is flashed at still image pickup, a strobo control section 22 is charged and noise is liable to be generated from the strobo control section 22. Since a seal structure 56 including at least a boosting coil 54 is provided in the strobo control section 22, the production of noise externally from the boosting coil 54 is effectively blocked and the noise of this type is not recorded on the video tape during movie pickup.
