To provide a driving mechanism and a moving blade facilitating achievement of a structure capable of enduring on aerodynamic load by allowing an ideal aerodynamic shape to be easily formed even on a thin blade concerning the moving blade changing a profile by bending a blade face.
The moving blade 3 is provided with flexible outer plates 3a, 3b for forming the blade faces and a plurality of movable beam structures 11, 12, 13 supporting the outer plates from the insides, extended continuously to a tip direction from a base end and rotatably connected. A base end actuator 14, a torque lever 15, moving gears 21, 31, connection actuators 22, 32 and fixed gears 23, 33 are arranged on a sideward shell part 1 of the movable beam structure. A plurality of the movable beam structures change angles to a structure connected to the base end side due to cooperation operation of the actuators respectively, and the blade face is bent to change the profile by following the outer plate on the changed angles.
