To provide a new moving body control device, method and program as well as a mobile station management system, method and program using the same capable of accurately controlling an attitude and a position of a boat without operating a spanker or piloting the boat.

The moving body control device comprises at least two or more GPS signal sections A1 and A2 mounted on a moving body such as a boat BT and detects a position of the boat BT at each position measuring point with the GPS signal sections A1 and A2, thereby enabling not only the position of the moving body but also an attitude (direction) thereof to be obtained. Thus, the moving body control device can accurately and easily control the attitude as well as the position of the boat BT without operating a spanker or piloting the boat by controlling the moving body so that each position measuring point measured by the two or more GPS signal sections A1 and A2 constantly coincide with a prescribed position.
