To provide a moving body sight training device enabling a trainee to train his moving body sight and to provide a device enabling a trainee to concentrate on moving body sight training and simultaneously enabling at attendant to recognize a training condition.

A rectangular circuit board 20 is fixed to the frame-like part 11 of a frame 10, and on the circuit board 20, a prescribed wiring circuit is formed and many dispersedly arranged light emitting diodes 21 are mounted. A main switch 22 is mounted to the upper part of the circuit board 20 and a speed changeover switch 23 is mounted to the left side face part of the circuit board 20. A display filter 31 is attached with a prescribed interval in front of the circuit board 20 and it is translucently constituted so as to visually confirm light emitted by the light emitting diodes 21 while making a structure in the background invisible. A light-emitting point moves by the light emitting pattern of the light emitting diodes 21 and an eyeball motion is induced.
