Abstract:
PURPOSE:To eliminate missing in detection by connecting four or more pieces of field memories in series, thereof detecting and synthesizing at least four frame difference signals by using signals for the respective field memories. CONSTITUTION:The four pieces of field memories 17-20 are connected in series. Outputs from there memories 17-20 are inputted to comparators 21, 22 to detect four pieces of frame difference signals. Thus detected frame difference signals are synthesized by an adder 23, then compared with a reference level in a comparator 24. When a comparison output above the reference level is obtained, this output is used as a moving detection signal.
