To record the moving images of every frame with no change of data caused while the images are recorded by instructing the timing when the moving image data are read out of a memory via an extended bus and suppressing the writing of the moving image data to the memory.
The video signals are converted into the digital moving image data at a digitizing part 15, and the digital moving image data are inputted to a write control part 13 and written in a local memory 14. In such cases, it's decided whether the moving image data should be actually written in the memory 14 based on the value of a write flag register 20 which is directly controlled by a CPU. For instance, the moving image data are written and not written in the memory 14 when the value of the register 20 is equal to 1 and 0 respectively. Thus, a write suppression control part 21 writes the moving image data in the memory 14 with the value of the register equal to 1 and then suppresses the writing of the data with the value of the register 20 equal to 0 respectively.
