To provide a moving image reproduction system with which users can exchange comments on a moving image while viewing the same moving image with unspecified persons at the same timing and to provide a moving image reproduction device and a progress state management device.
A moving image reproduction system 1 includes: a first moving image reproduction device 11 which reproduces a first moving image which is previously recorded, generates progress state information showing a progress state of the first moving image during the reproduction of the first moving image and transmits the progress state information to a progress state management device 12; the progress state management device 12 which receives the progress state information transmitted from the first moving image reproduction device 11 and transmits the progress state information to a second moving image reproduction device 11; and the second moving image reproduction device 11 which receives the progress state information transmitted from the progress state management device 12 and reproduces a second moving image which is previously recorded and is the same as the first moving image in synchronization with the first moving image in response to the progress state information.
