To provide a moving lifter capable of simply and safely moving a person requiring helping between a bed and the lifter or between a seat of an automobile and the lifter without applying a physical or mental load to the person requiring helping or a helper.

The moving lifter comprises a seating seat (10), a trestle truck (20) and a hoisting mechanism (30). The seat is constituted by bendably coupling a leg receiver (11), a seat (12) and a chair back (13). The person requiring helping is set to an attitude of a long seat site by placing the seat on the bed (B) in a flat plate state, receiving the entire body of the person requiring helping in an attitude laid on his side, inserting a lower part of the truck between the bed and a floor surface, lifting the seat by the hoisting mechanism, thereby bending the leg receiver, the seat and the chair back each other.
