To provide a moving mechanism capable of reducing cost by simplifying the structure of the whole device.
A hand 71 includes: valve elements 88-91 provided at respective communicating paths 81-84 and entering the communicating paths 81-84 to close the communicating paths 81-84; elastic members 92-95 energizing these valve elements 88-91 respectively in the opening direction; a cam member 96 serving as a valve closing mechanism for sequentially closing a plurality of the valve elements 88-91 against the elastic members 92-95; and a servo cylinder 97 moving the cam member 96. Since one valve closing mechanism is provided for the plurality of valve elements, the number of parts can be reduced, and the structure of the moving mechanism can be simplified.
