PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain a locking condition of a locking mechanism arranged between an openable door and a housing so as to secure watertightness by arranging an oblong hole, by which the openable door is prevented from rotating toward the opening side even if the housing is moved upward/downward because of traveling vibration, between a link connected to the carriage side and an openable door supporting arm connected to the housing side.
SOLUTION: An openable door 4 is arranged on a soil discharging side in a housing 3, and the housing 3 is pivoted freely rotationally between a bottom floor lower part and a carriage frame l by means of pivoting pin 33 arranged in a supporting point hinge 7. The openable door 4 is provided with an arm consisting of an openable door supporting arm 5, and in the openable door supporting arm 5, the central part is pivoted in a part of the housing 3 by means of a pivoting pin 36. By means of an oblong hole 17 arranged between a link 6 connected to a carriage frame 1 side and the openable door supporting arm 5 connected to the housing 3 side, the openable door 4 is prevented from rotating toward the opening side even when the housing 3 is moved upward/downward because of the traveling vibration. In this way, a locking mechanism between the openable door 4 and the housing 3 is maintained in the locked condition, so that watertightness can be secured.
