Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mud water treatment apparatus which can easily dissolve filter clogs.SOLUTION: A mud water treatment apparatus 1, configured of a slurry tank 2, a cylinder 3, a piston 4, a flocculant tank 5, a filter 32, a filter movement mechanism 6, a vibration sieve device 10 and the like, makes the slurry tank 2 mix mud water (slurry) containing silt and clay contents with a flocculant cast from the flocculant tank 5, the cylinder 3 extending in a horizontal direction below the slurry tank 2 of the mud water treatment apparatus 1, a lid part 31 being an on-off door that can be opened and closed by a horizontal method from a vertical direction, the piston 4 being nearly square with a plurality of nearly square metal plates stacked and fixed with bolts, the circumference of the piston 4 configured of a resin plate having flexibility, and the filter 32 being a continuous cloth-made belt having width in the horizontal directions of the cylinder 3, capable of turning, and cleaned by a filter cleaning mechanism.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
