To provide the subject machine so designed that the rear hitch of a traveling vehicle is mounted with a rotator projected crosswise on both outsides of the machine body so as to prevent unfavorablenesses such as a mulching film breakage and enable the mulching film to be efficiently peeled off ridges and recovered.

This mulching film foot raising machine is so designed that the rear hitch 7 of a traveling vehicle is mounted with virtually columnar or cylindrical rotator R projected crosswise on both outsides of the machine body. For the rotor R, the following optional means are acceptable: the rotator R may be inclined upward when viewed from the backside; a regulating means may be provided to move the rotator R in the cross direction of the machine body; a tilt angle altering means may be provided to change the tilt angle of the rotator R; a height regulating means may be provided to raise/lower the rotator R; and the rotator R may be idle-fittedly supported on a rotator support shaft 10. Furthermore the wheels 5 of the traveling vehicle and the ground contacting member 14 provided on the foot raising device may be set up nearly at the center in the cross direction of the machine body.
