PURPOSE: To deliver a transmission picture to plural destinations without error by describing plural destinations to an original picture and adding a mark to a final transmission picture destination for each destination in the case of making multi address communication.
CONSTITUTION: A multi address communication command is given to a communication control section 90, a telephone number is inputted to make destination designation. A display section 100 displays an original picture for each destination according to the command. An operator uses a mark addition section 80 to add a mark to a destination to which a transmission picture is finally delivered actually among listed destinations according to the pattern. The marked position information is stored in a mark picture supply section 70. In the case of making transmission, a synthesis section 60 latches tentatively a picture fed from a picture supply section 50 to a buffer section 10, the mark picture from the supply section 70 is synthesized on the position on the original picture represented by position information and a control section 90 is used to make transmission via the line.
