PURPOSE: To enable a high-quality printing to be easily and economically conducted with superior operation properties, by a method wherein a process, in which a printing is conducted after an ink-unacceptable sheet is bonded on a part of a pressplate image intended to be printed with a color ink other than that in use or on a blanket corresponding to the image part, is carried out two or more times using one pressplate and a plurality of color inks.

CONSTITUTION: When a predetermined image A on a pressplate is printed first with a color ink A, the printing is carried out after an ink-unacceptable sheet is bonded on the image area or on a blanket corresponding to the image area to make an image (having ink-acceptable properties) other than the image A ink-unacceptable. In this manner, a printed matter of the image A with the color ink A is completed. Thereafter, the bonded sheet is removed. When at least one area B of the image is to be printed with a color ink B, the printing is carried out with the color ink B after the sheet is bonded in a similar manner to make an image other than the image B ink-unacceptable. In this manner, a multi-color printed matter with the color inks A and B is completed. A printing with three or more color inks is also carried out in a similar manner.
