Title:
MULTI-COMPONENT FORCE DETECTOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS60195432
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To make the titled detector small in size and low in cost by combining plural permanent magnets and Hall elements, and detecting a force working on each direction by a variation of a relative position of both of them.

CONSTITUTION: On the upper face of a disk 5 of the inside of a housing 1, Hall elements 6aW6d are fixed at an equal interval on the same periphery, and plate springs 7aW7d bent in a U-shape are fixed to the disk 5 of the housing 1. On the other hand, on the lower face of the opposite side to a shaft 2 of a disk 3, permanent magnets 8aW8d are fixed at an equal interval on the same periphery. The permanent magnets 8aW8d and the Hall elements 6aW6d are opposed to each other at a suitable interval, and by a variation of a relative position of these permanent magnets 8aW8d and Hall elements 6aW6d, a force of a multi- direction working on the shaft 2 is detected.
